Station 4 Rookie Passes Rookie Test

Station 4 congratulates C Platoon rookie, "Silent Jay" Patterson, on passing his Rookie Test. This was a test of his knowledge of apparatus, territory, SOPs, equipment, and more. The test is long and challenging, but Jay is worked hard and was able to pass it on his first attempt. This is something to be extremely proud of since people rarely pass the entire test on their first try. Congratulations, and keep up the good work.
